Environmental Policy

Development Innovations Group (DIG) is committed to being an environmentally responsible business. DIG continuously strives to improve our environmental performance and will initiate additional projects in order to further reduce our impact on the environment. We believe that through coordinated efforts with our clients, vendors and employees we can efficiently reduce our waste and positively contribute to the health of our planet. With a fundamental environmental policy, DIG will help to preserve our environment for many generations to come. As part of DIG’s environmental policy, we are committed to:

  • Adhering to all local, national and international legislation and directives.
  • Communicating our environmental commitments and efforts to clients, vendors and employees.
  • Encouraging our employees to contribute and take part in extracurricular environmental initiatives.
  • Promoting the recycling of paper in all our offices through the usage of separate waste and recycling receptacles.

The CEO is ultimately responsible for implementation of this Policy.

This Policy will be reviewed annually and updated to take into consideration new initiatives and environmental legislation.

Social Policy

Development Innovations Group (DIG) is committed to being a socially responsible business. DIG implements projects in multiple countries and is continuously striving to improve our social interaction with the local residents. It is extremely important to us that our projects only positively impact the local residents. We believe that through coordinated efforts with our clients, vendors and employees we can efficiently reduce social inequality and positively contribute to the lives of people we work with and around. As part of DIG’s social policy, we are committed to:

  • Adhering to all local, national and international laws, specifically related to labor, child labor and the effect of projects on local surroundings.
  • Communicating our social commitments and efforts to clients, vendors, employees and local residents.
  • Encouraging our employees to contribute and take part in extracurricular initiatives that promote respect and understanding of local resident culture.
  • Doing our due diligence in making sure that all partners, whether local or international, are adhering to the applicable laws and standards set forth by our company.

Grievance Redressal Policy

At Development Innovations Group (DIG), we would like to assure you of the best of our services at all times. If you would like to share your valuable suggestion, opinion, experience, feedback or scope for improvement on any of our services or issues relating to services provided by DIG, we welcome your feedback through:

  2.   You may call us at 301-664-9644, 5 days a week between 9am and 5pm EST.

  4. Personal Visits to DIG office:Visit our office located at 4330 East-West Highway, Suite 1150, Bethesda, MD, USA 20814 between the hours of 9am and 5pm and log your complaint in the complaint register maintained by our receptionist.
  5. Time Frame: We normally take up to 5 working days to respond to you.
  6. Complaint Reference Number: We will provide you with a complaint number when you submit your complaint to us.
  7. Escalation Mechanism: In the absence of any response/unsatisfactory response from any of the above points within 5 working days, you may escalate your complaint per (d) below based on your convenience.
  8. To escalate your complaint in person: By appointment, you may visit DIG at 4330 East-West Highway, Suite 1150, Bethesda, MD, USA 20814 and meet Tara Panek Bringle ( tpanek@developinnovations.com).
