USAID has awarded DIG a contract under the Active Communities – Effective States (ACES) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). DIG is a small business set-aside prime holder of the award, which has an overall ceiling cost of US$ 475 million with a seven-year performance period (2022-2029).
The IDIQ will provide technical assistance, advisory services, training, and direct program implementation to support host country’s initiatives in good governance and anti-corruption; strengthening the legislative function/legal framework; decentralization and local governance; rule of law and security sector reform; and strengthening oversight mechanisms.
DIG’s ACES consortium comprises DT Global, BDO USA, the Public International Law and Policy Group, the Commonwealth Trading Partners, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Civic Data Design Lab.
