The Development Innovations Group (DIG), a Bethesda,
Maryland-based international development firm, is seeking a Cost Proposal
Consultant for a total of 2-3 days to support Cost Proposal Production,
specifically the preparation of the budget narrative. Ideal candidates will have experience
preparing budgets and budget narratives for USAID funded proposals. Since DIG is currently working remotely,
applicants must have computer equipment and internet that supports video calls,
as well as Microsoft Office (specifically MS Word and MS Excel).
Applicants have the following skills and experience:
Experience preparing budgets in MS Excel and budget
narratives in MS Word for USAID-funded proposals;
Experience working with USAID-funded proposals;
Experience working with USAID-funded programs preferred;
MA/ MS degree;
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written
and verbal;
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail
and deadline-oriented;
Knowledge of State Department and USAID allowances;
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. The position will be remote, as DIG is
